How to lock a PowerPoint Presentation from editing, using the picture presentation file type.

The fastest way to protect your presentation to lock people out of editing your content, is the Picture Presentation file format. This has two distinct advantages:

#1: It locks all of the slides in your presentation by turning them into pictures (that way someone cannot steal your information).

#2: Although all your content is locked as pictures, your content is still in antive PowerPoint slides. That means someone can still run it as a normal PPT presentation slide show.

Although this is the fastest way to lock down your content, it does increase the size of your presentation.
